New York City Darling.

I'm Sorry. I'm really really sorry. I just didn't have time before my flight to New York City to get any posts in there! Just this is just a quick little update to let you know, I'm alive and well. I arrived in NYC yesterday and got to my hotel at around 7pm. And as my as my heart wanted to go straight to Sephora, my legs, arms and head had other plans and they promptly found the pillow. 


I slept in a little this morning, I think being close to 19 hours in the air really messed with my body and I still feel a little sick and every so often the room decides to move and I get all dizzy. But that is slowly going away and is being replaced with the realisation that I am actually here. In NYC. I almost feel like crying. 


So after a late breakfast, my grandmother and I thought to do some shopping, we or should I say I went and she tagged along to make sure I didn't buy the whole store  headed into Macy's, H&M, Sephora and also Kmart (of all places). 


My very first purchase in New York City, aside from a bottle of coke that is, was a bottle of Gucci Flora. And of course some "Macy's New York" shopping bags. My nan and I have a collection of them going back and home and these will add to that nicely.

Y'all know about my love for BIG STATEMENT necklaces, well this one fits the bill & takes the cake! It's just amazing! It's a bright pink lobster and there is no way that nobody will not notice this! It's by Betsy Johnson and I also got this at Macy's. 

This little cuite is also by Betsy Johnson. It actually opens up to reveal some faux pearls on pink glitter and a star fish. I've always loved turtles and this one was just too good to say no too!

It's only day one, and It would be completely impossible for my to show you every piece of clothing I have bought thus far, because... I've bought a lot of it :) I've picked up things from designers like Calvin Klein to some cute tees from Kmart's LYS brand. Macy's Herald Square store has an amazing plus size section that would take over two whole floors of MYER in Sydney. It was just amazing, and I was blown away and I didn't know where to look - because there was so much CHOICE! My next stop was H&M - a two level H&M, and they had the BIB collection, and I bought quite a few pieces, especially some I had been lusting over!

So soon you will start seeing some outfit photos as I've only really walked around the block where my hotel is located just try and work out where everything is at. The only thing I've worked out though is where the clothes are at! Also, I had forgotten how amazing Sephora is! Just amazing!
