Necklaces

So some of the most important pieces inside my closet aren't actually clothes. They are the accessories I wear with them. I don't know about the rule of "accessories make or break an outfit", because sometimes you need something to be plain but chic. But the right accessories can add another dimension to an outfit for sure.

There is a rather sad story about this necklace (don't worry, it has a happy ending). On the last night in Los Angeles, sadly, my hotel room was broken into. I had a pink version and also a black one. And both were gone another with some other items. I was heart broken and it was a rather sad note to end my holiday on. Luckily I had travel insurance, even more lucky was the fact that Peep Toe shoes still had both colours in stock and I was able to replace them. 

This is one of those necklaces that is truly a statement piece. I wore this version to the indie designers showcase during fashion week and everyone kept asking where I got it from! It's the most lovely shade of pink. I seem to have an ever growing collections of statement necklaces (and statement jewels in general) as they always look so lovely with dresses!
