Bleached Dreams

When I was in the states I saw a jacket that I just fell in love with. I don't remember where it was but I am thinking it was in California, somewhere in LA. And it was straight sized, so there was no hope for me - but still I loved it. It's moments like those that you wish big companies, brands and designers just woke up and realised that your size 22 body wants to wear these fabulous pieces too. And that you would look just as amazing in them as the latest skinny "it" girl does.

But while times are a changing, they are a changing so slowly they are almost in reverse. So that's when a Curvette has to get creative.

Luckily for me, creativity seems to run in the family. And this what a gal can come up with when she taps into those genes. And to be perfectly honest, it's better than the one I saw in LA  - and not only is it in my size, but it also happens to be one of kind.

It also looks all kinds of good with my new favourite necklace. Gotta love me some pineapples!
